How Arborscapes Got Started
Nathan Morrison and Jason Tebben met in their homeroom in 6th Grade at Magsig Middle school in Centerville, Ohio. They quickly became friends and loved playing outside in the 180 acre Nature Preserve, Grant Park, behind Nathan’s house. They built many forts and had rope swings over the creek and camped out all the time. It was this love of nature and being outside that influenced Nathan to study Urban Forestry at The Ohio State University and Jason to study Landscape Horticulture. Combining their two interests of tree care and landscaping is how Arborscapes was formed in the year 2000. There are very few companies in the United States (and no others in Charlotte) that are both Tree and Landscape companies. Nathan and Jason are committed to perfection and having the best Tree and Landscape Company around.

The removal team was very efficient at removing two large trees in our back yard. They had to navigate a power line and were able to flawlessly. The team removed both trees quickly and cleaned up all debris thoroughly. Nathan was a pleasure to work with - gave a quote on the spot and was able to get the team out within a few days. They've done pruning and full removals, as well as plant healthcare treatments for a sick Willow Oak. I've been very pleased each interaction with their team. Sure you can find the couple guys and a truck for cheaper, or you can get a true professional with insurance and a great reputation. We will definitely use Arborscapes again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for advice, treatments, pruning, or removals. Great team to work with!

Have used Arborscapes twice for tree removal and pruning! Amazing service and professional, friendly crews that leave things VERY clean. Very good value too. Love that they advised not to cut trees down for aesthetic if they are still healthy.

They saved us a lot of money. Nathan came out to inspect a tree that was leaning toward my mother's house. We figured it would be expensive and difficult to remove, but Nathan actually said the tree was very healthy and had deep roots, and was unlikely to fall. He was very nice and professional, and frankly saved us a lot of money. We really appreciated his honesty.

Super friendly employees. Three gentlemen showed up and pruned my white oak tree, chipped, and cleaned the yard very quickly. Had the right tools for the job, and the guy in the bucket was a master.

Arborscapes are absolute PROFESSIONALS! Not only did they do a great job taking down some trees in very tight spots, but when we mentioned we had some lawn damage due to the work they were very responsive and took care of it immediately. Arborscapes did a fantastic job at my elderly parents' home on two separate projects. It may not have been worth their time to even do the jobs but they did them nonetheless just because Nathan and his staff are quite simply the best in every way. It might be cliche but they operate their business with passion and integrity. To boot when both jobs were complete there was zero, and I mean zero evidence that they were even at my parents' house. Their clean up upon completion left the yard spotless both times. 5+ stars!

***Update: We just had Arborscapes come yesterday to take down a massive Oak tree in our backyard. Just like our first tree removal service with them, they knocked it out of the park. They put down plywood over parts of our grass so their crane wouldn't mess up our lawn, they carefully and skillfully removed the tree and then cleaned up the area better than it was when they found it before leaving. The crew was very nice and respectful. I will continue to use them for all my tree removal needs moving forward!
This company was amazing!! The crew that came and took my massive Maple tree down this morning were so skilled and careful so as not to bother my neighbors, mess up my flowers or knock anything down. They also cleaned up after themselves and left the yard looking so great you would never know a tree had been taken down. We also had the stump ground and roots removed and Gino did an amazing job. He was so friendly and super knowledgeable. I've never been more impressed with a service company in my life. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to have trees taken down - not to mention they were the cheapest of the 4 quotes I got! Thanks Arborscapes!
